A secluded villa with direct sea access in a stunning position on one of Sicily’s most spectacular stretches of coastline which from Castellammare del Golfo leads to San Vito lo Capo passing through Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. This is Villa Dell’Orizzonte, a luxuriously finished seafront villa with pool immersed in a private oasis, where comfort coupled with peace and quiet create the ideal atmosphere for a good relaxing holiday. The villa offers five bedrooms and six bathrooms and can accommodate up to ten people.

Inside

Accommodation at Villa Dell’Orizzonte is spread over three floors, two of which are above ground. The ground floor is dedicated to conviviality. The spacious, luminous double-height living room features large sea-view windows and glass doors opening out on to a shady loggia and the decked al fresco living zone, ensuring a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle for guests. This stylish, bright open-plan space consists of a sitting area and a spectacular designer fireplace that descends from the ceiling in the middle of the living room. Behind it the large kitchen characterized by a spectacular stone arch that surmounts the long table. On this floor also the first bedroom with en-suite bathroom and double access from outside and inside the house for a further degree of privacy, plus the study/bedroom furnished with a sofa bed and its own bathroom. The ground floor is completed by the service bathroom of the living area and the connections to the upper and lower floor.
From the large staircase of the living area, we reach the upper floor where we find the main sleeping areas. The incredible master bedroom, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view on three sides, is furnished with a walk-in wardrobe and offers a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. The other two bedrooms on this floor, tastefully furnished, both have en-suite bathrooms and give access to the large terrace.

Outside

Once you cross the gate, you are welcomed in a beautiful estate that reaches the sea through the beautiful landscape offered by the Mediterranean scrub. Totally immersed in nature and overlooking extraordinary views, this villa offers large and wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy open-air living. The covered seafront living area, in elegant and comfortable style, is furnished with sofas, tables and sunbeds in white and blue, colours enhanced by the light that envelops the beautiful surrounding landscape. On the south side of the house, the kitchen overlooks and gives access to another loggia, protected on three sides and perfect to enjoy al fresco dining. The property boasts an internal path that leads directly to the Fossa dello Stinco, a descent to the sea of ​​extreme beauty! The path is quite steep. And for unforgettable moments of relaxation, you can immerse yourself in the stunning infinity round pool surrounded by greenery, while continuing to admire the wonder of the sea in front of you.
