It also has an enjoyable courtyard with sunset views over the Iblei mountains and the coast from where you can access the kitchen or the living space through large glass doors.
The furniture is of a modern design with some vintage items which add a chic feel to the villa. The spacious living room has comfortable sofas and a modern dining area. Next to the living is the modern kitchen.
 All rooms have a private outdoor area.

Outside

The exterior area of the villa offers a well tended garden, a private parking and has approx 2.5 acres of land with sloping terraces down towards the valley. The property boasts a splendid private pool (4×10) with a BBQ. It has a solarium, space with fitness equipment in addition to relaxation zones.
Due to the proximity of the villa, it can be rented jointly with Villa Airone and/or Villa Flora. Together they can comfortably accommodate 12-18 people.
