Description

A lovely villa in a great location in a gated community just below Scopello village, it is very private and quiet. The view from the panoramic terrace is really remarkable and watching the light change over the bay is lovely. Just two minutes walk from the villa is a small beach which is almost a private bay.

The spacious interior is in the typical Sicilian style. A sea-view living-dining room and a large kitchen have direct access to the surrounding terraces, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family shower room complete this cosy interior.

The position inside a well kept fenced area, the short (200 m) distance from the sea, the fabulous panoramic view make this property an ideal place for a sea and sun holiday with plenty of relaxation. Scopello is an excellent base for exploring Western Sicily. The village itself has good bars and restaurants.

Wir haben zu viert für eine Woche die Villa gebucht und wären für immer dort geblieben. Ninni ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Extrem freundlich und immer sehr gut telefonisch erreichbar. Hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben hat uns geschenkt gebracht, hat uns mit dem Auto geholfen usw. Die Villa ist extrem schön. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach ein Traum die Bilder können das ganze überhaupt nicht beschreiben. Wir sind alle überglücklich, diese Unterkunft gewählt zu haben und wir werden bestimmt noch mal zurückkommen.

Amazing

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal for us, being quiet and a short walk to both the beach and local village. The villa itself was clean and well equipped with more than we needed. The sea/countryside views from the property were amazing and it is a lovely place to watch the sunrise. There were plenty of outside spaces to enjoy which had sun loungers, tables, chairs and even an outdoor shower as well as a ping pong table! Ninni himself was a fantastic host, being very attentive, friendly and always happy to help. He even brought us local Sicilian treats such as wine, biscuits, olive oil and cakes to bring home! We would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay in Cala dell'Ovo home in Scopello. The Villa was spacious, clean and views to die for ! Ninni was very responsive to our many questions and was gracious enough to pop in with delicious fruit and pastries a few times during our stay. We had a lovely stay here

We had a lovely stay here. Ninni the owner was very responsive and friendly and the Villa is really comfortable with everything we needed. It is just a few minutes walk down to the beach so we are able to swim everyday before breakfast- bliss! There are a couple of supermarkets 5 minutes drive away and Scopello village with plenty of restaurants is 5 minutes drive.

Fantastic villa with perfect location

Fantastic villa with perfect location. Less than 100m to the beach and everything needed in the villa. Sun or shade when needed😀 The host was very accommodating and made the stay even better.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet!

Wir waren zu Besuch in der sehr schönen Villa Cala dell'Ovo. Die Lage ist sehr schön und das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten während des Aufenthalts direkten Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer und nur im Vorfeld mit der Agentur. Das Haus und der Eigentümer können absolut weiter empfohlen werden. Man kommt vom Haus zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu einem kleinen Strandzugang zwar mit großen Steinen aber auch ein paar Liegemöglichkeiten. Zum Haus selber muss man ein Auto haben, da es sehr steil runter geht Richtung Küste. In den Ort Scopello sind es dann aber nur wenige Minuten Fahrt.

Ganz tolles Haus, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr netter Vermieter und super Check-in . Badestelle gut zu erreichen, aber durch Steine eingeschränkt nutzbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Wonderful Villa with Amazing Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay at Cala Dell’Ovo in early May. The Villa was a perfect home base for exploring northwest Sicily. The layout worked well for two couples, with a bedroom to spare. The Villa is clean and well-appointed inside, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces. We sat outside each morning and soaked in the amazing view, occasionally catching a gorgeous sunrise over the water. The Villa is conveniently located within walking distance of Scopello, a charming small town with many restaurants and coffee bars. Ninni was a gracious and helpful host, who responded quickly to our inquiries. We would definitely stay at Cala Dell’Ovo again if we return to the area.

Beautiful home and kind host!

Ninni, the owner of the villa, Cala dell’ Ovo in Scopello, is extremely kind and made our stay perfect. The views from the terraces are stunning while dining alfresco. The kitchen is cosy should one have to cook. Awesome three week vacation, whereby I hope to return very soon. Thank you, Ninni!

Die Fotos versprechen viel, können aber diese einzigartige Lage und diese himmliche Ruhe nicht widergeben

Wir waren vier Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa und haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Ninni, der Hausherr war der beste Gastgeber den man sich vorstellen kann - immer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit - nie aufdringlich! Die Fotos versprechen viel, können aber diese einzigartige Lage und diese himmliche Ruhe nicht widergeben - wir ware in jeder hinsicht überwältigt! Das Meer war einladend und die Badebucht hat uns fast alleine gehört. Es fiel uns schwer, nach vier Wochen Abschied zu nehmen!

We would love to come back

The house has an excellent location with walking access (200m) to the beach. The views from the house are amazing. The 3 rooms are large as well as the kitchen, the living room and the dinning room. The outdoors spaces are also great. The kitchen is well equipped and the house has excellent internet connection (no problems with home office). The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful, he gave us many tips to enjoy our stay in Scopello. We would love to come back

Abbiamo affittato questa villa a Scopello. Tutto molto curato, sia la casa che il giardino. Spazi ampi e ben arredati anche all'esterno. Ottimo wi fi. Bellissima vista sul mare. Spiaggia praticamente privata a 5 min a piedi con acqua trasparente. Il proprietario, Sig.Ninni molto gentile, disponibile e preciso.

We had a lovely stay at Cala dell'Ovo, which is a pretty Villa in a great location. Only 200m or so from the sea, it is very well equiped and tastefully decorated and furnished. We walked to the lovely Scopello most evenings to eat and drink, which is about 1.5km away. For food shopping there are two good places about 5 mins in the car away. We visisted ancient sites Segesta & Selinunte which are about an hour away, and the stunning Erice hilltop town. Ninni, the owner, is very helpful and charming and was very helpful with any questions.

Gorgeous villa in beautiful part of Sicily

We have just returned from Italy where we spent the last week at Cala Del Ovo. It is a beautiful house, a few minutes walk from a gorgeous private (for the houses down the driveway) beach and a short drive from Scopello village and also a little area with a lovely food store. The house was perfect for our family and very well equipped and Marco and Ninni were great to deal with. Definitely recommend!

Splendida vacanza

Abbiamo trascorso 2 splendide settimane presso Villa Cala dell'Ovo, immersa in una tranquilla atmosfera e circondata da un bel giardino di ulivi e palme. Abbiamo goduto della bella vista mare dal portico in cui consumavano i nostri pasti. La casa è confortevole, ben arredata, molto pulita, ampia e dotata di tutti i confort. In 8 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di ghiaia di Cala dell'Ovo, il mare è cristallino e invita a molti bagni. La disponibilità del proprietario è puntuale e discreta. Ottima assistenza per ogni problema. Ci torneremo!!

We had had a wonderful week in this beautiful and nice house. Very clean, comfortable beds, wonderful view from the terrace. Several areas for relax. Only 200 m to the lovley beach. The host was very helpful and welcoming. It was 5 min by car to a great food market.

Villa Cala dell'Ovo

Villa Cala dell'Ovo is situated in quiet place with beautiful nature garden short of small nature beach with crystal water.We find there all what we needed for confortable life for 11 days at the and of May 2022 including front and rear terraces with amazing view. You get up with singig birds out of any rush with sun sunriseig over the sea. Also we haven't to remember careful helpful and friendly villa owner and agent Barbara. We recommend this place for all who is romantic and nature lover. This is perfect base for trips around the Sicily and also place where you can enjoy some "lazy" days.

Super séjour à Scopello !

Nous avons passe un super séjour dans la villa Cala dell'Ovo ! La maison est très bien équipée et a un superbe extérieur. Il est possible de profiter de l'ombre ou du soleil à n'importe quel moment de la journée ! De jolies plages sont accessibles à pieds et il y a plein de très belles ballades dans le coin ! Un accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Cosigliamo vivamente Villa CALA DELL'OVO. La casa divina e completo di tutto, una vera CHICCA. Dal terrazzo la vista è spettacolare. Mare fantastico a pochi metri con caletta quasi privata, tranquillità e silenzio. Collocazione ottima per visitare Scopello e fare delle ottime colazioni, Riserva dello Zingaro, San Vito lo Capo ed Erice. Grazie ad Aldo per la disponibilità fin dall'inizio.
