The interior features 3 exclusive bedroom suites furnished to an exceptionally high standard using local stones and materials and offers comfortable divan beds with traditional Sicilian bedspreads. The rooms boast vaulted ceilings and the lime plaster walls and floors create a minimalist elegant atmosphere: the Acqua suite has a circular bed with a bathtub made of volcanic stone; the Fuoco suite has a king size bed with lava stone headboard and a bio fireplace; the Aria suite, on the upper floor, has a queen-size bed with natural black stone headboard and a terrace overlooking the Cathedral of S. Giorgio.

The charming living area retains original features like the ancient coat of arms dated 1554. The stylish and functional kitchen complete with island is dominated by a stone archway and has dining for six.

The original underground cistern of the building has been converted into a wine cellar.
