Le Chicas

Immersed in the vineyards, typical Menfi‘s cultivation, ideally located to visit the stunning archeological site of Selinunte and Cave di Cusa, as well as the incredible sandy beaches of South Western Sicily, Le Chicas is one of those villas that incorporate all necessary elements of a holiday villa: stunning sea views, a dreamy panoramic pool (10×5 m) and short distance to the gorgeous sandy beach of Belice Nature Reserve.

Inside

The main entrance takes one into the spacious open-plan and sea-view living area, designed with love and attention to detail, with a modern fireplace which makes the house more cosy and comfortable, large sofas and armchairs. The dining zone can be found in the same area where two large modern glass doors give direct access to the surrounding terraces. Furthermore, modern white sliding doors in the living room give access to the well-equipped kitchen with views out to the vineyards and sea thanks to the large window, conveniently placed above the sink. Accommodation in Le Chicas is all in one floor with one double-twin bedroom and three double bedrooms, plus three bathrooms with shower, two of which have been recently renewed. The rooms are decorated with fine elements that remind the sea, such as ceramic starfish, fishes’ paintings or furnishings that refer to the sea. This is typical of the island’s holiday homes and brings the tranquillity of the sea to the house.

Outside

The living area opens onto a long terrace overlooking the countryside with vineyards as far as the eye can see and large eucalyptus trees, up to the shimmering sea; complete with lounge and dining areas, and green lawns. The whole outdoor spaces offer memorable sunsets every day thanks to the hilltop position. As in a cinema, from the beautiful porch, you can see every evening the spectacle of the sunset, always wonderful in this area in summer.
