Inside

The space of this beautiful property, essential and modern in design, is spread on three small buildings all connected with interior stairs and accessible from outside if necessary. The materials, resin, wood, iron, steel and local stone dominate the spacious and comfortable expanses and make the environment fresh, modern and elegant at the same time.
The floors and bathrooms coverings are expertly chosen by the architect of this prestigious villa to create a pleasant homogeneity of style, contemporary and minimal design.
The living area can be accessed by large sliding glass doors that allow the light to illuminate the interior spaces and enjoy the superb view of the pool and surrounding countryside while you are inside the house.
The modern kitchen is complete with all the appliances and tools needed for a comfortable self-catered holiday.
The dining area with its wooden design table offers 8 seats. In the living area, there are also comfortable sofas and armchairs with a modern design.

On the same level, we find two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a laundry area. A small staircase leads to a second zone of the property where there are two more bedrooms with private bathrooms. All rooms in this charming villa have direct access to a private furnished outdoor space and pool area.

Outside

The outside areas of Orizzonte are characterized by the presence of typical elements of the Sicilian countryside, dry stone walls, carob and olive trees which bring us back to a time that flows slowly and the summer breeze gently lull us. Just outside the living area, we find a terrace shaded by the typical Sicilian roof (incannucciata) covered with reeds, equipped with a table for 4 people. A little further on, a large carob tree gives shade to an elegant dining area with a table and seats for 8 people where you can have lunch outside or dine under the stars on hot summer evenings.
The beautiful stone swimming pool makes the most of the wonderful location of this property allowing you to swim surrounded by panoramic views of the countryside to the sea, a spectacular scenery.
Comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas are available in the pool area and in the surrounding terraces to enjoy the sun and relax.

Villa Orizzonte also has a very nice lava stone barbecue area and convenient covered parking.
