A beautiful architect-designed country villa all on one floor set in a stunning hilltop location, raised above a breathtaking valley with vines and olive trees as far as the eye could see.
Aria is located in a country area between Menfi and Selinunte where the largest archeological park in Europe can be found. Definitely, one of the most evocative places in the world where you can take a swim while watching the Greek temples.

This luxury villa can accommodate up to six guests into three large rooms and offers a very nice panoramic swimming pool area and terraces, the perfect place to escape for peace and tranquillity.

Inside

The house is made of a central body with the living area and kitchen and two lateral ones that can be accessed from the doors in the kitchen area inside or from outside through the French doors in the bedrooms.
The entrance to the property takes you into the large living area where a modern fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs make the atmosphere cosy but elegant at the same time. The house features modern and minimal decoration with white wooden ceilings and mild colours that make the atmosphere very quiet and peaceful.
The comfortable sofas look out through the big glass door to the amazing panoramic view over the valley and sea beyond, bringing the views inside the house, amazing!
A wall separates the modern, fully furnished kitchen, from the dining and conversation area.
The whole house is characterised by an elegant and minimal decor that mixes contemporary pieces with antique furniture.
The night areas can be accessed from the living room through two doors. The one on the left-hand side brings to the master bedroom with private bathroom where we can find a double sink and a modern, large, walk-in shower.
The other two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, share a spacious modern family bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink.
The twin bedroom also features a comfortable sofa as well as a table with a chair for those who need a private working space during the journey. These two rooms are adjoining rooms but also have independent access from outside the house.

Outside

Aria features a nice panoramic pool and a large shaded terrace suitable for dining al fresco and lounging also at night. All rooms have direct access to the garden/pool and boast incredible views of the countryside and pool area. The lovely shaded pergola overlooking the stunning valley is furnished with a prestigious iron base antique table and chairs for six. It can be accessed from the living room allowing an unforgettable dinner coloured by beautiful sunsets. Sunsets from this property are probably the best you can enjoy in this part of Sicily, indeed.
The pool area is furnished with modern and comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas it is accessible directly from all rooms of the house through glass doors.

The surrounding land belongs to the property as well and is characterized by olive groves, chicas, palms and typical Mediterranean vegetation, that complete the fabulous landscape.
