Villa Fugata complex perfectly fits in the colours of the Sicilian landscape; the beaches of Punta Secca, Scoglitti, Licata and the valleys of Agrigento are easily identifiable from every corner of the property.
The property consists of two identical units totally independent, with their own swimming pool each, surrounded by Ragusa valleys.
The view of the nearby castle called Donnafugata which stands in front of the house is the jewel in the crown of this charming property. Like any castle, it is custodian to secrets and legends, even the walls of this ancient abode witnessed events and love affairs still hidden among the luxurious corridors of this sumptuous Ragusa mansion, improperly called a castle and what the old Sicilian nobility called a country villa.
The villa offers up to 12 sleeps and it is also ideal for two families or groups who want to spend a holiday together while maintaining privacy, where necessary, even in the outdoor spaces.

The advantage of having two swimming pools can be an extra incentive for families with older children who seek a little privacy while remaining in the same complex.

Inside

Inside, both houses have spacious rooms, the living and dining areas are enclosed by windows that offer breathtaking panoramic views, from dawn to sunset. Furnished with colourful and lively decor, the living units are minimal and modern and at the same time comfortable and carefree. Each unit offers three bedrooms all with private bathroom for a total of six rooms and 12 beds.
The modern fully equipped kitchens open onto the terraces and offer the same breathtaking views over the surrounding hills and the sea. The rooms, 4 doubles and 2 twin bedrooms all ensuite, have spacious and modern bathrooms that afford comfort to the bedrooms with a nice hint of colour and design.

Outside

The outdoor pools, one adjacent to the villa and the other at the back, enjoy total privacy both, being rather distant from each other and offer a 360º view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Different in shape, one round and the other rectangular, the pool areas are furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas and are surrounded by typical plants of the Mediterranean landscapes. Small shaded corners and a small vegetable garden complete the outdoor spaces of this property in a unique, exclusive location.
