A wonderful modern luxury villa in the area of Arenella in Syracuse.
Gea boasts four large and comfortable suites and can accommodate up to 8+3 people.
The large living space offers comfortable sofas, a large Smart TV screen and a very nice dining area with seats for up to 12 guests where to enjoy incredible Sicilian dinners. Cooking service and private Chef are available upon request.
The infinity pool and direct access to the beach make this place the best location to enjoy a peaceful luxury holiday in Sicily close to the many famous attractions of Eastern Sicily.
Inside
The house is spread over 2 floors: the ground floor features a large open space including a very comfortable living room with big sofas and dining area for 12 people, a modern fully furnished kitchen and a guest bathroom; the modern veranda with its white sofas and the Infinity pool complete this part of the villa where it is possible to enjoy the sun in the solarium, have a refreshing bath or just take a glass of a very nice Sicilian wine whilst your eyes will be plunged into the blue Mediterranean Sea.
On the first floor, we find the night area with four bedrooms ensuite.
The rooms are furnished with minimal modern design elements and also offer sofa beds or the possibility to add single beds to accommodate up to 11 people in the villa. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, latest generation hot and cold independent air conditioning system, wi-fi and have direct access to the balcony with sea or garden view. The main suite also features a private furnished terrace with sun loungers.
Outside
English lawns surround the property and the amazing Infinity pool with seaview is the ideal setting for creating unforgettable memories of your Sicilian vacation.
A barbecue area with a dining table and seats is available close to the pool area and some relaxation points complete this exclusive property with direct access to the sea through a private lane.

The Area
This wonderful luxury villa is located in the area of Arenella in Syracuse. The historical city centre of Syracuse with its charming Ortigia Island and numerous monuments is about 10 km far. From Arenella is possible to easily reach by car the very nice Late Baroque towns of Noto, Ragusa, Modica and Scicli (Unesco World Heritage Sites), about an hour by car far. Within the same distance is Catania, just 80 km away, then, driving towards North a little further, we find Etna and Taormina, the Pearl of Sicily, amazing spots you cannot miss while in Sicily! For a pleasant trip inside the beauty of Nature and wildlife, we suggest to go to Vendicari Nature Oasis where to find memorable unspoilt beaches- Calamosche and Eloro – natural vegetation and abundant wildlife, about an half hour away. At the same distance, we find another unmissable place to visit, especially for nature lovers and trekkers, Cavagrande and Cassibile Nature Reserve. A plateau with spectacular deep fractures, called “caves”, that furrow the edges. These are canyons produced by the erosion of the waterways that still flow on their bottom, one of the most majestic and suggestive is “Cavagrande”, now protected as a nature reserve. It was seat of inhabited settlements in the Paleolithic period. The gorgeous beach at Pozzallo, awarded the blue flag by Legambiente in 2010, Ispica caves and Caltagirone are also all within easy reach.

Once-in-a-lifetime experience!
We had the most wonderful time in Sicily. The villa was simply breathtaking. I never thought it would match the photos in the listing, but it was just as stunning in real life. The decor, the views, the kitchen facilities - everything was fantastic. I would also like to say what a great job the cleaners did, and how polite they were when visiting.
Also, the hotel we visited on the first day was breathtakingly beautiful. It was a superb way to begin our holiday and really gave us an authentic Sicilian experience. I would highly recommend that you suggest it to other customers staying in the area, especially with the very helpful staff who transferred us to the villa after lunch.
Thank you again for all your help in making the trip so special for us. I would say it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but I think we will probably be back again one day!

We booked Gea through Select Sicily and would strongly recommend them and the villa for anyone looking for a lovely villa holiday in Sicily. The communications with the team was excellent, local onsite management was flawless and the home was absolutely beautiful. Expectations were exceeded all the way around.

Agenzia impeccabile!
Agenzia affidabile e disponile in tutto e per tutto. Grande professionalità, competenza e riservatezza . Per quanto riguarda il soggiorno a villa Gea possiamo solo dire che è stato sorprendente! Sia dal punto di vista della struttura che dei confort . Dotata di un arredamento elegante perfetta in ogni minimo dettaglio. Completa di accessori che hanno reso questo soggiorno indimenticabile. Cinque stelle non bastano.
