Inside

This luxury villa is spread into 2 floors and boasts incredible terraces with a sea view from each room.
On the ground floor, we find an open space which includes a modern design living room with comfortable sofas, a conversation corner with view and a dining area next to the modern and fully equipped kitchen. One ensuite double bedroom plus another bathroom complete this floor.
An open staircase leads to the first floor where we find the other two ensuite bedrooms with nice glass doors that give access to private sea-view terraces. All bedrooms in this modern design villa are large and very comfortable (25mq) with their own tv, private bathroom with shower and private equipped terrace.

Outside

Through the modern french doors from each room is possible to access the outside of this wonderful property which reflects the contemporary style of the villa.
Each suite has got a furnished private terrace with sea view.
The beautiful heated infinity pool with panoramic view is a must and offers comfortable sunbeds and seats to enjoy the view and the sun all over the day and night. The property is surrounded by green meadows and palm trees, what else could you ask for?
