Amelia is a delightful all on one-floor house. From the gate, you can directly access the magnificent terrace overlooking Porto Palo marina and the beautiful beaches of Menfi, blue flag for many years also chosen by sea turtles to lay their eggs. Azure-painted doors and shutters perfectly fit in the Sicilian atmosphere of this pictoresque location and resonate with the blu sky and Mediterranean Sea. The living room and the modern kitchen are directly accessible from the characteristic blue doors on the front terrace. Upon entering the house you will notice the hexagonal-shaped cementine tile floor voluntarily chosen by the architect to give a vintage touch to the house. The living room features modern and comfortable furnishings, together with some antique pieces, harmoniously mixed to provide a cosy but elegant atmosphere. Next to the living and dining space we find the kitchen, small but fully equipped with anything you need for a smooth stay. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are accessible from the living room and offer a double bed and a room with two single beds (or a double bed). The two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

Outside

The house features amazing outdoor spaces, sheltered courtyard terrace to enjoy al fresco dinner, relaxing corners and solarium. The top terrace, accessed by a staircase from the exterior of the house, offers a magnificent sea view and unforgettable sunset views. A barbecue corner can be found on this area together with an outdoor shower and sun loungers. A wonderful opportunity to spend hours of carefree fun with your loved ones. The house looks onto the private citrus orchard and in a short stroll through this pretty garden you’ll reach the gate which opens directly to the marina.
