Description
Castle Shore is a dreaming abode next to Solanto Castle and the ancient tuna fishery. Built in the 12th century overlooking the sea for King Ruggero, the Castle aim was to protect the adjacent “tonnara”.
As per the Castle, this beautiful house overlooking the sea along Santa Flavia coast, is a unique spot for up to 8 guests directly in the beautiful shores of this secluded place near Palermo and Bagheria.
Inside
The residence is spread into two houses, the sea level smaller house, made of a modern and comfortable living room and a kitchen plus a shower WC, all expertly furnished by the owner, who is a high-level furniture dealer; the upper-level house which boasts a modern and elegant dining room with a contemporary kitchen, specially designed for this environment, where a large sliding door leads to a double bedroom.
The modern, majestic wooden-covered staircase, brings to an open space with two single beds. From here a small hallway brings to the master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The mansard floor, with a second twin bedroom and a small toilet, completes this beautiful house. Everywhere in this wonderful place you will certainly appreciate the attention to detail, the clever combination of colours and decorations, the elegance and practicality of the furnishings. Pillows, rugs and all the padding are in fact the mirror of the owner’s refined taste.
Outside
The villa is featured with modern and comfortable outdoor furnished areas.
The impressive sea view terrace on the lowest floor makes you feel like you are staying in a beautiful yacht under the Castle but with a more secure seat! From here you can just jump down a few steps and have a bath in the crystal blue water of the Mediterranean Sea.
The large balcony upstairs next to the kitchen is also well furnished with sofa and seats and allows pleasant moments of conversation and relax under the stars. What else? A final treat the owner wishes to offer to guests is the possibility to use a rubber dinghy, upon request, included in the price.
Adjacent to the structure there is a Nautical Club where you can rent boats, sailing, snorkeling and diving with instructor.
Excellent restaurants of typical Sicilian cuisine and fish in the area.
