The villa is only 20 minutes far from the coast of Catania, just half an hour from Taormina and Syracuse.

Inside

Entering the main villa you are welcomed by the large living area recently renovated with taste maintaining a perfect balance between the modern furnishings and the typical elements of Sicilian holiday homes. The large fireplace makes it even more welcoming. Adjacent to the dining area, a glass door joins this room with the kitchen in masonry decorated with majolica typical of the area and equipped with everything. Both rooms on this floor have direct access to the outdoor terraces and the lava stone solarium on which lies the beautiful swimming pool. To complete the ground floor we have two double bedrooms and a large and elegant bathroom with a shower that serves both bedrooms. From the large staircase of the living area, we reach the upper floor where we find a pleasant reading corner with a relaxing armchair and panoramic glass window. On this floor, there are two very comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. In one of the rooms, a gem, the bathroom with a large shower and a private Jacuzzi available anytime you wish to relax in total privacy. The rooms on this floor also have a private terrace, one of which with beautiful views of the typical vegetation and Mount Etna. The small table with chairs also affords breakfast al fresco. All rooms on this property have their own TV and air conditioning. The villa is also heated with radiators and a fireplace for winter times. The basement level has in store for you all the amenities that this charming estate can offer. A large reading room is the antechamber to the wellness area where the white stone of Syracuse, the marine wood, the warmth and intimate spaces of the hammam, the hot tub (with 6 seats) await you. Also, the Finnish sauna and a massage area are at guests’ disposal. A modern bathroom with a shower serves the wellness area. For the more demanding guests, a billiard room with a bar and a cinema room with comfortable sofas for 8 people are also at your disposal. In this area, there is another bathroom.

Outside

A few steps away from the main building, in the shade of the large oaks and with the background of the majestic volcano Etna is the swimming pool (12×6 m). A large lava stone solarium equipped with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas is just one of the prestigious places that this estate offers to spend moments of absolute relaxation and fun. Large spaces, terraces and a natural park of over 2000 sq.m. surround the house with wild chestnut trees and ancient oaks and allow moments of deep relaxation and coolness throughout the year. From the living area, you have direct access to the outdoor terraces and the beautiful pool area. A secondary terrace offers a barbecue and a wood-fired oven great for pizzas. This terrace is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 8, to spend unforgettable evenings al fresco in the name of good food and sublime wine, nothing this territory cannot afford! And if you don’t have enough, between the gardens and the pine forest a tennis table is available to our guests.
