Inside

This modern luxury villa is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor, we find the living area consisting of a large room tastefully decorated with natural materials and characterized by designer furniture and light colours. It offers large comfortable sofas and a modern fireplace overlooking the sea, a corner with a dining table for 8 people and a very well-equipped open space kitchen. A guest toilet can be found on this floor, too.
The efficient and spectacular fireplace of the living room was conceived to warm the cold winter days while taking advantage of the beautiful sea view.
A large 40 sq.m. suite, overlooking the pool and gardens through glass doors, complete this floor. This room features two sommiers that can be separated if necessary or managed as a king-size bed and a private modern, very comfortable bathroom with shower: it is ideal also for people with reduced mobility.
A modern staircase brings to the upper floor where we find three more bedrooms, a 39 square metres suite, with sea view, ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to the furnished sea view terrace; the second suite, 35 sq.m. with double bedroom and ensuite bathroom also features a sea view through the windows. The last suite completes this floor, 45 square metres, with an enchanting sea view on two sides and a furnished terrace to enjoy relaxing moments with an Infinity view towards the south of Sicily. This room features a king-size bed, a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and double sink.

All suites are equipped with satellite TV, independent air conditioning system, hot and cold, WiFi and safe.

Outside

Outside, the villa boasts a wonderful heated infinity pool with a comfortable solarium complete of modern sunbeds. Behind the solarium, the covered patio with a dining table for 10 people, barbecue and outdoor kitchen allows al fresco dinners at any time of the day.
Another relaxation area with sofas and armchairs is located in front of the living room.
A short walk away you will find the beautiful blue water of the Mediterranean Sea: many coves on the smooth white stone cliff, allow you to choose your own space in which to enjoy the colourful colours of the seabed between sand, Posidonia and rocks.
