Like in the novels and movies of Sicilian settings, this beautiful house will plunge you in the typical atmosphere of the Sicilian seaside villages; then caressed by the wind that slowly moves the curtains of white lace the sea will appear on the horizon to leave you at the end of breath. The current house is the result of a prestigious and successful renovation of the previous structure dating from the early years of the last century. The excellent work of the architect has preserved some original elements such as the main door and the shutters while had inserted modern elements such as the kitchen, the staircase and the bathrooms, providing a perfect mix between tradition and innovation.

Inside

The house is all spread on one ground floor and it features a very nice living room with a big comfortable blue sofa which reminds the blue of the Mediterranean Sea.
Just a few steps out of the door, a separate dining area for 6 with a small but comfortable terrace which allows dinner al fresco. The modern kitchen completes this area. A modern concrete staircase with iron handrail gives this room a contemporary touch and leads to the laundry room. The corridor with blue and white tiled floor which reminds the typical sea houses, leads to the sleeping area. Here we can find 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are ensuite.

The bedrooms are all nicely furnished with a mix of vintage and traditional elements and the bathrooms are modern and comfortable. A fourth bedroom can be easily organized in the dining room for up to 8 guests. A gracious courtyard also offers a table for dinner al fresco. In the small courtyard, there is an outdoor shower, a small sofa all surrounded by nice Mediterranean plants. The house is isolated on 4 sides, in the old centre of Sampieri, a very charming village by the sea. Just 30 m away from the house we find the sea with a small beach. About 120 m far there is a magnificent beach, 2km long, with beautiful lidos and beach restaurants. This is exactly what you need if you wish to break the routine and enjoy a beautiful beach holiday in Sicily.
