This beautiful property is spread over 4 floors starting with the Deluxe apartment on an 80 sqm ground floor. It offers a bright double bedroom with space for two additional single beds for children (upon request) and has its own bathroom with shower. The bedroom is located behind a library and has a spacious wardrobe. On the first floor the guests can chill in the large and modern open space kitchen with sofa, armchair and a smart TV or enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains in the terrace or the private garden. At this floor you can also find a washing machine and a bathroom with shower. Going up to the second floor there is a luxury en-suite double bedroom with two balconies and a twin room with its own bathroom. Under the roof, on the attic floor, there is a unique design room with a double bed and a modern bath tub, plus a private bathroom. Air conditioning is available throughout the whole villa. Additional services, such as Private Chef or Concierge, are also available at this property and can be requested in accordance with your needs.

Outside

The property’s showpiece is without a doubt the 750 smq external area with the two swimming pools and a luxuriant garden with English style green grass and some palm trees, which provide shade and coolness during the hotter months. The main pool with salt water is perfect every time you feel like swimming, and there is plenty of sitting space all around, while the smaller one is ideal for your wellness moments as it is heated and has hydromassage.
Relax and enjoy your favourite novel on the big comfy sofa or in a sun lounger by the pool, while the children blow off steam with some outdoor games like table tennis, darts or archery. Additionally, there is a bar by the pool and an outdoor dining table, up to 8 sittings, when you want to have your meals outside, while being kissed by the Sicilian sun or the summer breeze at sunset.
