The bright and airy interior spaces ensure maximum comfort throughout the villa and the view of the surrounding countryside can be seen through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. The use of natural materials, such as wood and stone, as well as the elegant furnishings with modern design, gives the rooms both a sofisticated and a relaxed ambience.

In the spacious living area, the soft fabric-covered sofa invites you to curl up with a good book and a warm cup of tea. The adjacent kitchen, tastefully designed, with a large, bright granite countertop, offers ample space for all your culinary creations. Natural light streams through the windows, adding a warm and welcoming feel to the room.

The villa offers four spacious double bedrooms: three are located in the main house, two of which are suites. The largest suite, located on the upper floor and accessible via a sleek internal staircase, spans 40 square meters. It consists of two rooms separated by a sliding door: one features a sofa bed, TV area, and bathroom, while the other is home to a comfortable double bed and a desk. A private terrace completes this amazing space.

The second suite, intimate and private, is ideal for those seeking tranquility; it is on the ground floor and includes a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed and a floor-to-ceiling window that connects to the garden. The sleeping area with a double bed, illuminated by natural light, includes a bathroom with a spacious shower.
The third double bedroom, on the same floor, has a large sliding glass window overlooking the garden. The double bed is positioned in front of the window and the private bathroom, with a large shower, is a luxury corner, ideal for relaxing. The modern furnishings create a cozy and pleasant “home” feel!

Adjacent to the pool, we find the annex, a fourth independent small flat with one double bedroom, ensuite shower bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with its own fridge.

The solarium equipped with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, is the ideal place to enjoy your holiday. A large terrace completes this amazing property; adjacent to the pool, it is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs.
