Villa Flora is ideal for a family with children. It is a fully restored ruin of a Sicilian style building. It is all on one level with very bright interiors. Every room has direct access to the terraced garden.
The outside area of the property is full of plants and citrus, almond and secular olive trees which are typical of this Mediterranean area and that of Sicily. The villa is uniquely immersed in the natural park.
The interiors of the house are simple yet functional; the living room/kitchen area is fully equipped and very comfortable. The sleeping area has a twin room and a king size room complete with two bathrooms. There are a large closet and a further room that can be used as an office or a single room with access to the external patio.
Every room has direct access to the terraced garden.
The property occupies about 2.5 acres of land and has terraces that slope down towards the valley. The villa boasts a splendid private pool (4×10) overlooking the gardens and a BBQ area. It has a solarium, space with fitness equipment in addition to relaxation zones and a private parking. All of these features make this villa the natural choice if you want a unique and relaxing experience.

The ancient and charming fishing village of Marzamemi with the Tonnara and the typical sand- stone houses between the two small harbours is a little gem not to be missed on your journey in Eastern Sicily. Not far from the villa you can also reach the Late Baroque cities of Modica, famous also for its chocolate, and Scicli.
An hour’s drive by car, Ragusa Ibla, in the heart of the Val di Noto, is an architectural jewel boasting a wealth of churches and historical buildings, immersed in a fascinating, romantic atmosphere.
In Syracuse you will breathe history on every corner. A mix of Greek, Roman, and Baroque styles that can be seen in the beautiful Piazza del Duomo, Castello Maniace and Arethusa fountain as well as the archaeological park with its Roman amphitheater, Greek theatre and the Ear of Dionysius.
