Description
This modern Villa is in a spacious lawned garden with palm trees and set in a small residential area. To the front of the house are the swimming pool and furnished terraces all overlooking the sea down below. The panorama is stunning and steps descending the cliff face reach the rock-edged sea. The area is a seaside and summer holiday retreat, 39 kilometres from Trapani in the territory of Castellammare del Golfo in the northwest of the island, a town with a 14th century castle. Scopello is also on the border of the Lo Zingaro nature reserve.
The Villa itself is extremely spacious and sleeps six people while to the rear of the house a small cottage sleeps a further three, though this accommodation is only available to the same group. Also within the grounds is a covered carport and a very efficient stone built, covered barbecue area. The terrace for al fresco dining is also covered to give shade and looks towards the swimming pool and the sea.
